This is a vintage (1935) Popeye pull toy. It measures 11 1/2" tall. Popeye "dings" a bell as he is pulled along. There is a rivet held in place by tape and one edge of tape was lifted taking paint with it - tape/paint still there (photo) otherwise in quite good condition for its age. Free shipping!!... | |
