This is a 1935 Popeye tin bubble target with cardboard backing. There is a stand on the back someone added picture wire to hang it. The target measures 23"L x 14"W. The paint does have crackling thru out...it is 85 years old...the colors are good with maybe a little fading...a few dings on borders but over all it's nice. Buyer to pay shipping.
