I will be out of town so this item will not ship until Sept. 22 Offered is a 1950's toy from Linemar...the Bubble Blowing Popeye tin toy. The pipe lights up...but no action in arms or head. Yes, this has been used and there is rust places here and there. There is no battery compartment cover Someone did some touch up painting on the bottom of Popeye's lower face. Nice display piece.
